Born in Lagos State 26th April, He Moved to Abuja the Nation's Capital in 1988, Ejiro had a pleasant formative years as he was known to spearhead the activities of his peer groups. His vibrant nature as a young boy drew him to his entertainment calling.
‎The Delta state born showbiz entrepreneur had been in the business right from his secondary school days where he organised several entertainment events which put him on the scale of professionals. In 2001, Hon. Ejiro Okpihwo launched the 3rd pageant in Nigeria, Most Beautiful Girl In Abuja and steered the project which started like a joke for 15years now.

Today, Most Beautiful Girl In Abuja project is now a pageant to reckon with nationally and internationally. It has produced 14 top models and high profile personalities in the society, of which some have even gotten married with kids. The brand has given away over 10 cars as star prizes in the past during coronation and award night of the MBGA Finals.
Okpihwo is known to be a dogged fighter for fairness, dedicated social critic and an accomplished showbiz personality, whose aura and presence makes things happen. He delved into politics because of his commanding influence in 2013 where he contested for Wuse Ward Councilorship though lost by a very slim margin. Several political bigwigs commended his bravery and political ingenuity and also described him as a young political giant whose height is yet to be determined.

In his past 14 editions, the 2007 & 2010 Grand Finale was the most memorable because of the packaging, sponsorship and the presence of high profile personalities. Though, over the years, he has brought celebrities and artists to his shows. Some of which are Terry G, KC Presh, Faze, Olu Maintain, Idris AbdulKareem, 2Shotz, OJB Jazrael, Bigiano, Kelly Hansome, Rymzo, Adaz, I Go Die, Klint Da Drunk, A.Y, Gandoki, Maleki, Weird MC, Soul E, Black Solo, MMM Gang, Omotola, Rita Dominic, Kanayo O. Kanayo, Dakore, Ukera Eunonobi, Oge Okoye, Bruno Iroha, Desmond Elliot, Ex-MBGN Sylvia Nduka, MC Galaxy etc.   ‎In 2014, the story was not very pleasant as it was characterised by challenges of sponsorship bcos of the last administration, which affected the usual standard of the show but we thank God as usual, the show is always staged at the Abuja biggest and most prestigious Hotel - Transcorp Hilton. Even as challenging as it seem, he was able to pull super star artist MC Galaxy to thrill the Abuja audience who were at the event.

As a dignify and noble specimen of humanity, he entered the race for the presidency of ‎National President of Association of Beauty Pageants & Fashion Exhibition Organizers of Nigeria. The national pageant election which attracted delegates from all over the country, saw the emergence of Hon. Ejiro Okpihwo as the National President till date.

‎His rise to the ladder of fame has been attributed to his never-say-die ‎attitude and this has given him some accolades and over 15 awards. National President of Association of Beauty Pageant & Fashion Exhibition Organisers of Nigeria CETIFICATE, Rotary Certificate of Recognition Award, Abuja Millennium tower award, Society People Award for Excellence, Ambassador For Peace Award, Event Planner of the Year 2011, Faculty of Arts NSUK best promoter of the year 2008, 2009 Most Outstanding Pageant of the Year, Best Event Promoter 2010, Beauty Pageant Organiser of the year 2011, Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador Award MBGA 2014, MBGN Miss Ecowas By his model 2009, Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2010 by his model,  His passion to empower the young ladies stems from the desire to make them self employed and independent. He was recently‎ honoured at Face Of Independence pageant and also given award as Entertainment Icon of The Year at Miss United For Peace 2015

Hon. Ejiro Okpihwo got married in 2011 to his pretty wife Rose E. Okpihwo and are blessed with two beautiful daughters.
