One of Nigeria's most notable peace Agencies, The Messengers of Peace has released a recognition statement, applauding and congratulating one of Nigeria's finest Media Practitioners, Mr. Alex Nwankwo, popularly known as Alexreports, on his new appointment as the National Secretary of the Online Media Practitioners of Nigeria.

The congratulatory statement was signed and released by the President of Messengers of Peace, Dr. Adejo Suleiman, who described the appointment of Alex Nwankwo a proof of his professional capacity and his quality of ideas in the online media. He further stated that Alex Nwankwo has blazed the tray in the practice of online media in Nigeria, with exceptions in the quality of contents and versatility of media networks he influences.

In a reaction from Alexreports, he had this to say, "I am quite overwhelmed by the action of direction taken by the reputable Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria, a body which I am proudly a member of. I appreciate the Association for the appointment and I assure that my best capacity will be explored to ensure fruition in the vision of the association".
Still louding praises on Nwankwo, Dr. Adejo also narrated the impact of Alex Nwankwo in redefining the online media in Nigeria. He noted that the new national Secretary of the association has continue to use the online media as a tool to initiate and maintain peace across the nation. The group President further stated that the exceptional influence and capacity of the Abuja based reporter made him one of the National Peace Award 2019 recipients on 5th July, 2019 at Transcorp Hilton Hotel as the 'Best PR Blogger In Nigeria".

Notably, Alex Nwankwo is the official Online Media partner of Messengers of Peace. He is a humble CEO of several online and print publications in Nigeria and across Africa. His antecedents in the media industry cannot be overemphasized. He has received more than 80reputable awards and has helped to empower several persons in the entertainment industry.

 The National Peace Awards has been one of the most distinguished and well attended Award events in Nigeria. It has honoured and decorated the excellent impacts and contributions of patriotic leaders and well-meaning Citizens both in public and private sectors in Nigeria.

The countdown continues as the organizing committee identifies nominations across the several award categories for the 2020 National Peace Awards holding in Abuja. According to the chairman and president of Messengers of Peace, Dr. Suleiman Adejo, he stated that the 2020 edition of the National Peace Awards will be strictly on merit, reference and outstanding performance. He also noted that the occasion will be epoch and delightful as Nigeria battled the covid-19 pandemic.
