On 19th July 2021, His Lordship Bishop Hilary Odili Okeke received the Governorship Hopeful In the forthcoming Gubernatorial election in Anambra Dr Godwin Maduka in celebration of his 47th Anniversary in Priesthood.

Bishop Hilary Odili Okeke who is a native of Utuh in Nnewi North Local Government Area Of Anambra was ordained priest on 20th April, 1974 and became the bishop of Nnewi Diocese on 10th February, 2002. 

Dr Godwin Maduka in his remark describes His Lordship Bishop Hilary Odili as an examplary shepherd whose pastoral duties in his 47th years in God's vineyard has been an inspiring and amazing adventure of love and sacrifices. He appreciated His Lordship on his tremendous contributions towards the growth of the church and developments in the society. 

His Lordship who was filled with happiness blessed Dr Godwin Maduka and prayed that God Almighty will grant him victory in his quest to put Anambra State in the front map of the world. 

On the Dr Godwin Maduka Entourage were Mrs Bridget Obi formal Commissioner for women affairs and Dr Godwin Maduka 21 Local Government Campaign Coordinators.
