OgaCampaign wants to create financial prosperity for billions across the continent and foster the next generation of Contests and prediction games.

Pan African startup, OgaCampaign has raised $3.6million in seed funding.

The startup is building a Super contests portal for Africa to democratise access to income-generating opportunities.

Africa is poised to become the next big market for Contests due to its young fast-growing population, high smartphone penetration rate, increasing Web adoption and high level of opportunity seekers.

Startups such as Ogacampaign, are positioning themselves for this next boom. OgaCampaign wants to onboard young Africans to Global Opportunities through Contests and prediction games.

OgaCampaign wants to replicate the success of traditional Contest platforms like MTN Project Fame, The Big Talent Show, South Africa Got Talent, others recorded in Africa.

Although OgaCampaign is taking a two-sided approach by allowing its voters win cash and gifts when they participate in voting activities.

While users win prizes for winning a contest or winning a prediction game, the fundamental distinction is that while customary platforms help Africans without rewarding them for their valuable time spent engaging in a contest, new upstarts like OgaCampaign are increasing earning and wealth potentials for users.

With the new funds OgaCampaign will accelerate the execution of its plan to reach 20,000,000 users in 2022.

The equity round was led by OKE Capital LLC, the Netri Foundation, Flourish Ventures, Tiger Global and a few others.

The funds raised will go into operations and funding Contests & prediction games on the portal.
